博鳌亚洲论坛国际业务总裁伯尼-门萨（Bernie Mensah）在备忘录中说，马塔雷拉已通知他自己决定离开公司。备忘录没有说明马塔雷拉做出这一决定的原因。
Mensah 说，意大利新的国家主管将在适当的时候宣布，马塔雷拉将在银行工作到 2 月份，以确保平稳过渡。
