Chariot (ASX:CC9) said it is pursuing an OTCQB listing due to increased interest from North American investors, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company has engaged a US-based capital markets advisory group, Viriathus Capital, to assist in securing quotation of its shares on the OTCQB venture market in the US.
The company's shares rose 6% in recent Wednesday trade.
