据介绍，开业当天一早，店外便聚集了众多消费者。其中，烘焙区成为本次开业的一大亮点。京东七鲜首发20余款新品，包括黑松露满料厚烤吐司等。此外，源头直采的鲜活大闸蟹等商品备受青睐。门店还专门设置了中秋节庆专区，汇集国风月饼、水果礼盒与滋补礼盒。
线上服务方面，京东七鲜提供最快30分钟送达的配送服务，开业当天京东七鲜配送员穿梭于各小区，将新鲜食材及时送达顾客手中。
