10月3日，云锋金融盘初涨超8%，战略入股加密货币人寿保险公司Anthea及签订合作备忘录。
消息面上，云锋金融发布公告称，10月2日，与Anthea Holding Limited(连同其全资附属公司，统称“Anthea”)达成协议，投资认购Anthea的新发行股份(股权投资)。同时，集团亦与Anthea签订战略合作备忘录，以探索战略合作机会。根据备忘录，集团与Anthea将共同探索以区块链为基础的保险产品，涵盖合规相关流程及面向数字资产用户，包括加密货币人寿保险产品，以及基于ETH及BTC的储蓄与退休保险。双方亦将探索传统保单的数位化，构建高效且具前瞻性的保险业务模式。
据悉，Anthea作为全球首批专注于数字货币寿险业务的创新保险公司，已获得百慕达金融管理局(Bermuda Monetary Authority)预批准颁发的创新长期保险业务(Class ILT)牌照，旨在为数字资产持有者提供合规、安全且高效的人寿保险及财富积累解决方案。
