智通财经APP讯，首都金融控股(08239)发布公告，有关本公司的股权于2025年9月8日集中于极少数股东。
诚如证监会公布所披露，证监会最近曾就本公司的股权分布进行查讯。证监会的查讯结果显示本公司于2025年9月8日，有22名股东合共持有4657.73万股股份，相当于已发行股份的49.63%。有关股权连同由三名本公司主要股东持有的3839万股股份(占已发行股份的40.91%)，相当于已发行股份的90.54%。因此，只有887.42万股股份(占已发行股份的9.46%)由其他股东持有。
根据可得资料及就董事经作出一切合理查询后所深知，本公司确认，于2025年9月8日及本公布日期，不少于25%的本公司已发行股份乃由公众人士持有，且本公司能够遵守联交所 GEM证券上市规则项下的公众持股量规定。
