消息面上，9月28日，中电光谷成功中标大湾区智能电力装备创新谷全过程工程咨询及招商运营服务项目，中标金额为3845.14万元。中电光谷将提供全过程建设管理，招商运营一体化服务。据悉，大湾区智能电力装备创新谷是广东省佛山市南海区在“双碳”战略下重塑产业竞争力的示范项目。本次中标再一次凸显中电光谷“系统规划”“综合运营”和“敏捷定制”园区方法论的优越性，象征着深度融入大湾区发展战略。
今年上半年，中电光谷实现收入约14.71亿元，同比增长0.79%；毛利约3.67亿元，同比增长1.11%；公司拥有人应占溢利177.1万元。新增签约额15.39亿元，同比增长8%，其中综合运营业务签约额相比去年同期增加31%，办公类园区签约额相比去年同期增长13%。实现销售回款约23.25亿元，同比增长34%。
