　　德商产投服务（02270）发布公告，公司全资附属公司Desun Property Service Limited（Desun Property）已与Going Securities Holding Limited（高盈证券控股）签署股权转让协议，据此，Desun Property同意购买Going Securities （HK）Limited（高盈证券香港）15%股权且已完成付款。高盈证券香港持有高盈证券有限公司（高盈证券）100%股权。通过本次交易，Desun Property将间接持有高盈证券15%股权。

　　高盈证券是香港证券及期货事务监察委员会认可持牌法团（中央编号：BPS863），持有第1类、第2类、第4类、第5类、第9类受规管活动牌照，同时为“香港Web3.0标准化协会”副理事长单位，该协会汇聚了行业内多家领先机构。高盈证券具备相关监管牌照、市场资源及产业股东背景，其合规资质与资源整合优势突出。

　　本次战略投资是集团作为城市资产服务商拥抱数字金融科技、推动业务转型升级的关键一步。也是集团把握数字金融发展趋势、探索业务多元化的重要里程碑。通过本次投资，公司有望将现有商业管理、不良资产处置等传统业务优势与数字金融技术深度融合，开拓新的业务增长点，此举符合集团寻求新的增长动力和拓宽盈利模式的战略目标。
