ChainCatcher 消息，据 Blockworks 报道，持有约 4.7 万枚 ETH（约合 2.08 亿美元）的纳斯达克上市公司 FG Nexus 宣布，将与代币化专业公司 Securitize 合作，在以太坊上将其纳斯达克上市股票（包括普通股和优先股）进行代币化。该公司近期刚通过私募筹集了约 2 亿美元。
该计划将允许投资者选择将他们的传统股票转换为以太坊上的数字代币。这些代币将拥有与传统股票相同的法律权利，并能通过 Securitize 受 SEC 监管的另类交易系统（ATS）实现链上实时结算和自动化合规。
