据知情人士透露，西门子正在考虑通过一种相对未经验证的架构，剥离其在法兰克福上市的医疗设备子公司西门子医疗的大部分多数股权。

　　知情人士透露，这家巨头一直在就其持有的西门子医疗71%股权的退出方案与潜在顾问进行磋商。鉴于信息未公开，知情人士要求匿名。知情人士称，西门子正在考虑将该股权作为股息分配给投资者。

　　西门子医疗今年在法兰克福股市下跌约9.6%，当前市值约520亿欧元（610亿美元）。若采取所谓“直接分拆”方式，西门子可基本退出该业务，但对德国大型企业而言实属罕见。知情人士称，此类交易可能导致投资者面临潜在税务负担，西门子寻求减轻影响的方案。

　　知情人士称，目前尚未作出最终决定，西门子仍在评估其他方案。部分人士透露，西门子可能选择保留少数股权，未来可出售该股权为其他交易提供资金。

　　知情人士表示，若西门子决定推进股权分拆计划，该举措仍需获得股东批准，最早也要到明年才能实施。
