智通财经APP讯，爱帝宫(00286)发布公告，仲裁的首次聆讯原定于2025年8月22日举行。因朱昱霏临时提出仲裁员回避申请，首席仲裁员及朱昱霏指定的仲裁员均申请退出仲裁庭，故相关仲裁院已通知取消首次聆讯。于2025年9月25日，仲裁法院已确定首次聆讯于2025年10月13日举行。
关于撤回诉讼事宜，由于相关法院认为已遵守相关撤回程序，集团就取回其注册公司印章及其他相关文件所提起的诉讼已予撤回。尽管如此，集团保留重新提起相关诉讼的权利，并会适时采取所有必要的法律行动。就有关确认该决议案及变更法定代表人的有效性的诉讼、深圳爱帝宫仲裁及深圳爱帝宫诉讼而言，相关程序已暂停。
