金吾财讯 | 摩根士丹利预测，在英国11月公布预算后，英镑将出现反弹，并于明年升至十年来高位。该行建议投资者可在财政大臣里夫斯11月26日公布财政计划前，利用市场可能出现的下跌机会建立多头仓位。其预计，到2026年年中，英镑兑美元汇率将从当前低于1.35的水平升至1.45，相当于2016年英国脱欧公投前的高度。
摩根士丹利G10货币策略主管David Adams表示，在预算相关不确定性、展期操作、利差因素及美元走软背景下，该行倾向于在市场因担忧而抛售时买入英镑。目前多家银行预计英镑在预算公布前可能承压，而多数策略师对明年年中汇率的预测仅为温和上涨至1.38左右。
