智通财经APP讯，中国集成控股(01027)发布公告，于2025年10月3日，公司接获其主要股东Jicheng Investment Limited(JIL)通 知，JIL已与Benefit Gateway Limited(该名投资者)订立股份买卖协议，JIL已同意出售，而该名投资者已同意购买1.23亿股公司股份，占本公布日期已发行股份总数约29.85%，每股价格为0.6060港元，总代价约为7460万港元(股份出售)。
紧随股份出售完成后，(i)该名投资者持有1.23亿股股份(占公司股份总数约29.85%)，并成为公司主要股东;及(ii)JIL不再为公司主要股东。
董事会预期股份出售不会对公司的营运产生任何不利影响。
