Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) said Thursday that it has closed a partnership transaction with asset manager Angel Oak.
Brookfield said it has acquired a majority stake in Angel Oak. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Shares of Brookfield were up more than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
