Heptamax International's Subsidiary to Establish New Business in Malaysia

Heptamax International's (SGX:8A1) subsidiary, Heptamax International (M), agreed to establish a joint venture company in Malaysia, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Under the agreement, the subsidiary will have a 51% stake in the JV, which will work on the development and implementation of and investment in automation solutions, along with integrated import and export trading.
