Pacific Smiles Group (ASX:PSQ) said that it has accepted the resignation of Chief Executive Gary Carroll, effective Oct. 31, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Michelle Dries will succeed Carroll as CEO, effective Oct. 20, the filing said.
