智通财经APP讯，港通控股(00032)发布公告，于2025年9月30日(美国时间)，MWH(本公司的间接全资附属公司)与Portfolio Advisors订立协议，内容有关以初始购买价1811.68万美元(相当于约1.41亿港元)(可按下文所述予以调整)向Portfolio Advisors出售权益(MWH 于合伙企业Apollo Hybrid Value Overseas Partners II, L.P.的投资)。
与其财务管理业务的投资目标一致，本公司定期评估对其投资持股作出适当调整的可能性，以期为其股东带来稳定的风险调整回报。经评估以下各项后：其非上市基金现有投资组合的整体风险、潜在回报及风险概况;潜在未来投资机会;及有机会透过提早退出而获取本集团于合伙企业的投资的大部分价值，董事认为，出售事项乃本集团变现其投资及增强其现金状况的良机。出售事项产生的现金流入将为本公司提供财务灵活性及资源，以便考虑及探索日后出现的其他投资机会。
