加拿大散货运输企业Trimac运输公司宣布，已收购总部位于休斯顿的化工运输公司 —— 服务运输公司（Service Transport Company，简称 STC）。此次交易将进一步扩大Trimac不断发展的美国化工运输网络规模。

　　服务运输公司（STC）成立于 1965 年，主要为当地化工生产商提供服务，运输过氧化氢、丙烯酸、溶剂等液体及化合物。该公司拥有约 290 辆牵引车（配备 300 名司机）和 750 辆拖车，业务覆盖墨西哥湾沿岸的 16 个运营点。

　　目前，此次交易的财务条款尚未对外披露。

　　Trimac总裁兼首席执行官马特・福雷（Matt Faure）在新闻稿中表示：“服务运输公司在安全、可靠性和客户服务方面树立了良好声誉，我们非常高兴能将其纳入Trimac家族。他们在化工运输领域的专业能力与我们的长期增长战略高度契合，双方携手将进一步提升我们提供安全、可靠、高效运输解决方案的能力。”

　　Trimac在美国和加拿大拥有 140 多个运营点，员工团队规模达 3400 人。

　　今年早些时候，Trimac已收购两家平板货运公司：8 月收购了瑟西卡车运输公司（Searcy Trucking，拥有 120 多辆卡车和 170 辆拖车）；1 月收购了瓦特与斯图尔特公司（Watt & Stewart，拥有 124 辆牵引车和 205 辆拖车）。
