Frasers Hospitality Trust (SGX:ACV) is set to be delisted on Oct. 6 amid its proposed privatization through a trust scheme of arrangement, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The move comes after entitled securityholders received the payment of the scheme consideration, the filing said.
As a result, all the stapled securities held by the entitled stapled securityholders have been acquired by the offeror, Frasers Property Hospitality Trust Holdings, a unit of Singapore-listed Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5).
Shares of Frasers Property were up nearly 1% in Wednesday trading.
