　　10月2日消息，港股内房股普跌，远洋集团、龙湖集团跌超3%，融创中国、建发国际集团跌近3%，世茂集团、融信中国、龙光集团跌超2%。

　　西南证券发布研报称，9月22日，金融监管总局局长李云泽在国新办发布会上透露，城市房地产融资协调机制“白名单”项目贷款已超7万亿元，支持近2000万套住房建设交付；央行行长潘功胜在国新办新闻发布会上披露，为化解房地产风险，“十四五”期间，在金融支持房地产风险化解方面，优化调整首付比、房贷利率等多项政策，并降低存量房贷利率，每年可为超过5000万户家庭减少利息支出约3000亿元。

　　西南证券认为，行业阶段性企稳，宽松政策有望持续释放，看好经营稳健的优质房企。
