　　GC CONSTRUCTION公布，原大股东进亿完成向独立第三方Gan Kok En先生（要约人）转让72.89%股权，现金代价1.22亿港元。因此，要约人须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价0.1812港元，较停牌前收折让约45.91%。要约截止后，要约人有意让集团继续经营其主营业务，并维持公司的上市地位。要约人将对集团的业务活动及资产进行检讨，以就集团的未来业务发展制定业务计划及策略。
