　　金奥国际（00009）公布2024年年度业绩，收益45.5万港元，同比减少98.83%；净溢利约6.15亿港元，同比扭亏为盈；每股盈利17.22港仙。

　　公告称，收益减少乃由于根据法院命令于2024年初强制终止租赁所致。由于联排别墅区将于2024年中期前完工，故物业销售并无为总收益贡献收入（2023年：2116.5万港元）。
