任何延迟刊发2025年经审核全年业绩将构成违反上市规则第13.49（1）条。公司目前预期于2025年11月15日或之前刊发包含2025年经审核全年业绩的公告，并于2025年11月30日或之前寄发全年报告，并将在适当时候另行刊发公告，以知会公司股东及有意投资者有关2025年经审核全年业绩的任何重大进展。
公司将申请公司股份于2025年10月2日上午九时正起暂停在联交所买卖。
