CGN Resources (ASX:CGR) has secured two exploration license applications, E37/1587 and E37/472 in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said it plans to start exploration activities at its Panhandle and Christmas Well projects in the region in the fourth quarter, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 69% at market close.
