10月3日，上海电气盘中涨超16%，近一个月股价累涨超四成。
消息面上，据上海电气公众号消息，当地时间10月1日上午，罗马尼亚帕劳二期342兆瓦光伏总承包项目签约仪式举行。此次合作，标志着双方在清洁能源领域的战略协同迈入新阶段，为区域能源转型注入强劲动能。截至目前，上海电气已在罗马尼亚承接四个光伏项目，其中帕劳一期91.4兆瓦光伏项目和斯库尔图56兆瓦光伏项目已完成，奥维迪60兆瓦光伏总承包项目正在建设中。此次签约的帕劳二期342兆瓦光伏总承包项目是上海电气在罗马尼亚落地的第四个光伏项目。
此外，据央视新闻，10月1日，位于安徽合肥的紧凑型聚变能实验装置BEST项目建设取得关键突破。光大证券此前指出，重点关注上海电气在机器人、核聚变等新兴产业的突破进展。在核聚变领域，公司成功交付全球首台ITER项目磁体冷态测试杜瓦，后续还将交付国家重大科技基础设施CRAFT项目、紧凑型聚变实验装置BEST项目等多个主机系统核心部件。另值得注意的是，近来市场上有关上海微电子“借壳”传闻再度发酵。据了解，上海电气的母公司为上海电气控股集团有限公司，其为上海微电子第一大股东。
