360 Capital Mortgage REIT (ASX:TCF) said its responsible entity 360 Capital FM raised AU$8.5 million through a non-renounceable entitlement issue of 1.4 million units at AU$5.94 apiece, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Proceeds will be used to invest in new loan investments, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in recent Thursday trade.
