智通财经APP获悉，云锋金融(00376)涨超12%，截至发稿，涨12.52%，报5.84港元，成交额3.46亿港元。
消息面上，10月1日，香港金管局表示，截至9月30日，共收到36家机构提交的稳定币牌照申请，当中包括银行、科技企业、证券/资产管理/投资公司、电商、支付机构等。金管局发言人表示，该局会审视申请资料，并按照《稳定币条例》和相关监管要求进行审批，争取于明年初公布首批稳定币发行人牌照。牌照申请设有较高的门槛，首阶段只会发出数个牌照。
9月9日，云锋金融发布公告称，公司全资附属公司云锋证券有限公司获得香港证券及期货事务监察委员会的批准，将现有第一类（证券交易）受监管活动的牌照升级。此次升级后，云锋证券将可为零售及专业投资者提供虚拟资产交易服务，客户可在云锋金融的交易平台直接交易数字资产。此前，云锋金融与蚂蚁数科达成战略合作协议。同时，云锋金融集团对Pharos Network Technology Limited进行战略投资。双方将通过Pharos高性能公链平台，共同合规拓展现实世界资产（RWA）代币化及下一代互联网（Web3）等领域。
