路透社10月3日 - 联合太平洋UNP.N的机车工程师们投票批准了 与铁路运营商签订的 为期五年的新合同，BLET-Teamsters工会周五表示。
根据新合同，国际运输工人兄弟会（International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT)）铁路分会机车工程师和列车员兄弟会（Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen）代表的近6000名会员 将在协议有效期内获得18.8%的加薪。
该工会表示，合同还包括改善健康和福利待遇。
