IT之家 10 月 4 日消息，综合路透社和彭博社报道，亚马逊创始人、董事长杰夫・贝索斯 (Jeff Bezos) 在都灵举行的意大利科技周上对 AI、数据中心等话题发表了自身的看法。
贝索斯认为今日的 AI 就像上世纪九十年代的生物科技、世纪之交的互联网，蓬勃发展的背后确实存在泡沫：各种想法无论出色与否均能收获到资本的青睐，无疑存在造成投资损失的风险。然而就像此前的类似情况一样，人工智能长期来看确实会为整个社会带来巨大而实在的效益。
贝索斯对目前的 AI 浪潮整体持乐观态度，并表示需要将潜在泡沫及其可能发生或可能不发生的破裂后果与实际情况区分开来。
对于在太空中建设数据中心这一话题，贝索斯认为太空中全天候无干扰的太阳能意味着太空数据中心终有一日成本低于陆基数据中心，未来 10~20 年有望能看到运行在轨道中的 GW 级大型计算集群。
