　　三和建筑集团（03822）发布公告，集团近期获授予一份建筑工程合约，为一个位于元朗区朗边的项目承造地基工程。预计合约额（包括所有或然款项及/暂定合约金额）超过4亿港元，最终金额需按实际工程量而定。预期工程会在2026年年末完成。

　　董事会确认概无就获授该建筑合约作出集团的盈利预测或估计。
