　　博耳电力（01685）发布公告，于2025年10月3日，公司的间接全资附属公司博耳无锡与博耳能源江苏订立买卖协议，以销售36套用作光伏发电平价上网项目的气体绝缘开关柜设备及备品备件（及拼柜服务费及材料），代价（含增值税）约为人民币722万元（不含增值税约为人民币639万元）。

　　董事认为，根据销售协议向博耳能源江苏出售气体绝缘开关柜产品乃于集团一般日常业务过程中，按一般商业条款或更佳条款订立。该交易对本公司有利，因为它可以为公司带来收入，因此符合公司及全体股东的整体利益。
