　　米兰周五在接受采访时再次指出，总统唐纳德·特朗普实施的更严格移民政策以及平均租金趋势等因素可能会压低住房通胀。

　　“如果发生的某些事情告诉我，那个渠道没有效果，出现的一些冲击导致租金大幅上涨，那么我对通胀的温和预测就会不得不进行调整。”
