智通财经APP讯，澳门励骏(01680)发布公告，公司建议透过按于记录日期每持有2股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准以认购价每股供股股份0.3港元发行3.1亿股供股股份(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动，筹集所得款项总额最多约9300万港元。供股仅供合资格股东参与，将不会扩展至不合资格股东。
供股所得款项净额在扣除开支后估计约为8690万港元(假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动)。公司拟将供股所得款项净额用作一般营运资金，包括约3000万港元用于支付现有贸易及其他应付款项;约1700万港元用于支付现有应付物业税;及剩余部分用于支付利息及一般营运开支。
