　　希慎兴业（00014）发布公告，于2025年10月3日，广运（公司全资附属公司）作为卖方与买方分别订立协议，据此：（i）根据协议1的条款及条件，广运同意向买方A（Sharp Focus Limited）出售单位1，代价为5639万港元；（ii）根据协议2的条款及条件，广运同意向买方B（Nicolas Hugh Ingram 先生）出售单位2及单位3，总代价为7723万港元。

　　单位1：位于竹林苑的一个住宅单位，实用面积约为2191平方呎。单位2：位于竹林苑的一个住宅单位，实用面积约为1451平方呎。单位3：位于竹林苑的一个住宅单位，实用面积约为1503平方呎。

　　竹林苑为希慎集团发展的住宅项目，位于中国香港半山坚尼道地的黄金地段。该项目由6座住宅大楼组成，共有345个住宅单位及436个停车位。竹林苑由希慎集团持有作租赁用途。自2025年8月起，希慎集团已分阶段出售竹林苑两座住宅大楼的住宅单位（该等单位为其中一部分）及部分停车位。该项目为希慎集团资本循环计划的一部分，旨在达成3大目标：（i）透过去杠杆化优化希慎集团资本结构；（ii）释放成熟非核心住宅资产的价值；（iii）将资本重新部署至公司策略重点领域。
