消息面上，吉宏股份此前发公告，预计2025年前三季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润约人民币2.09亿元至2.22亿元，同比增长55%至65%。公司指，期内营业收入和利润均实现较大幅度增长，主要由于跨境社交电商业务继续深化品牌建设及区域拓展的同时，发挥行业专长及技术能力，营收规模与利润较大幅度增长，以及纸制快消品包装业务受益于与快消品细分领域行业龙头企业长期战略合作，通过集团化精细管理，运营和资源利用效率不断提高，盈利能力显著提升。
开源证券认为，基于“AI+自有品牌+全球化”，跨境电商和包装双主业有望实现高质量成长。一方面，吉宏股份跨境电商业务通过AI算法实现精准客群定位，形成区别于传统电商平台的“货找人”模式，此外全球化布局和自有品牌孵化也助力市场份额稳步提升；另一方面，包装业务基于核心设计和研发能力，逐渐向产业链下游及部分优质高潜力海外市场进行拓展，目前已与国内外多个快消品细分领域龙头建立长期合作关系。我们认为，在数智化、全球化驱动下，公司双主业有望加快高质量成长步伐。
