新明中国（02699）发布公告，公司董事会注意到，近日公司股份于交易价格及成交量方面出现不寻常变动。经就公司的有关情况而作出相关合理查询后，董事会确认其并不知悉：（i） 有任何导致有关股价及成交量出现不寻常变动的原因；或（ii）有任何必须公布以避免公司证券出现虚假市场的任何资料；或（iii）根据上市规则第13.09（2）条及香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XIVA部项下须予披露的任何内幕消息。
董事会亦确认，集团业务运作维持正常，且集团业务运作及财务状况并无任何重大变动。
