Lai Yih Footwear (TPE:6890) unit Yihfull Footwear Indonesia appointed Lin Chang-Yung as chairman of the board, effective Friday, according to a same-day Taiwan Exchange filing.
Lin also serves as a director and general manager of the unit.
The role was created for operational reasons, it added.
