智通财经APP讯，花样年控股(01777)发布公告，于2025年10月3日下午五时正(香港时间)，持有公司(a)现有票据约84.54%及(b)现有债务工具总未偿还本金金额约77.33%的债权人已正式签署或有效加入重组支持协议。此乃实施建议重组的重要里程碑，公司认为，重组完成后将强化并优化集团资产负债表，同时提供更长的到期日组合，从而为所有持份者创造最大价值。
