LifeVantage (LFVN) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of direct sales company, LoveBiome.
Financial details were not disclosed.
LifeVantage has acquired LoveBiome's operating assets related to the microbiome health business, including the company's key LoveBiome personnel, LifeVantage said.
