Resonance Health (ASX:RHT) said that Chair Martin Blake will retire at the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting on Nov. 13, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Non-Executive Director Aaron Brinkworth will succeed Blake as Chair, the filing said.
