Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) appointed Matthew Dusci as chief executive, effective Wednesday, succeeding Duncan Craib, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Dusci has been chief operating officer for the past 12 months, per the filing.
Craib will serve as a consultant till Jan. 1, 2026, and then transition to the role of non-executive director, the filing said.
