ChainCatcher 消息，开放元宇宙及数字产权公司 Animoca Brands 宣布与纳斯达克上市的 TON 财库公司 AlphaTON Capital 签署股权和代币投资协议，其中约定 AlphaTON Capital 拟收购 Animoca Brands 全资子公司 GAMEE 的控股权。
根据意向书条款，AlphaTON Capital 拟收购 GAMEE 51% 的股权，以及 GAMEE 库存中 51% 的 GAMEE (GMEE) 和 Watcoin (WAT) 代币。拟议交易完成后，AlphaTON Capital 计划在公开市场上购买价值不超过 300 万美元的 GMEE 代币和价值不超过 100 万美元的 WAT 代币，以增强其数字资产投资组合。
