** Co's Canadian unit says Greenlight Electricity Centre's customer has signed a transmission deal with grid operator Alberta Electrical System Operator, clearing the way for a transfer agreement

** The unit collected C$1 mln ($716,178.47) non-refundable deposit in June under the deal, and is now eligible for a further C$17 million bonus due within 15 days
