ChainCatcher 消息，Flora Growth Corp.（纳斯达克代码：FLGC）即将更名为 ZeroStack，今日宣布以平均每枚 2.59 美元的价格购入 772,200 枚 0G（去中心化AI基础设施项目 0G 的原生加密货币），这是公司自完成 4.01 亿美元融资并启动转型为全球首个上市 0G Treasury 以来的首次 0G 收购。
截至 2025 年 10 月 6 日，公司共持有 122,538,335 枚 0G，等值约 3.52 亿美元，部分调整后普通股流通总数为 9,809,754 股，每股持有 0G 数量（ZGPS）为 12.491 枚，对应美元价值约 35.85 美元。公司表示，新购入的代币将长期持有并进行质押以产生原生收益。
