据《彭博》引述消息人士指出，丽新发展(00488.HK) 已经取得34.6亿元贷款再融资。
据报这笔银团贷款获得20家贷款机构的支持，年期为5年，融资所得已用于再融资一笔原定于今日(6日)到期、规模为36亿元的贷款。
消息人士亦指，丽新发展旗下服装业务“丽新制衣国际”仍有一笔银行贷款，将在今年稍后时间到期，款抵押物为观塘“鳄鱼恤中心”。
另外，丽新仍与银行洽谈一笔以内地资产作担保的贷款，抵押物包括位于上海的“香港广场”。该贷款规模估计为30亿至40亿港元，将于2026年第一季度到期。丽新仍持有一笔4.93亿美元、票息5%的债券，将于明年7月到期。(ad/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
