Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (NSE:GRSE, BOM:542011) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Centum Electronics to jointly develop advanced naval navigation systems, according to a Wednesday filing with the Indian bourses.
The collaboration will focus on R&D, manufacturing of components and sub-assemblies, onboard installation and integration, and providing modernization and upgrade services for existing systems, the company said in the filing.
