智通财经APP获悉，微创医疗(00853)再涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.53%，报15港元，成交额8686.59万港元。
消息面上，微创医疗近日宣布重组心律管理业务。附属微创心通拟合并CRM Cayman。完成合并后，CRM Cayman将成为微创心通的全资附属。此前有市场人士指出，此次合并意在化解心律业务“达标上市”对赌压力。摩通大根则表示，交易顺利完成，有助消除持续困扰公司的重大不明朗因素。
美银证券发布研报称，公司此前引入国企背景的上海实业作为战略股东，将支持财务与业务发展。该行预期，通过成本控制与处置非核心资产，公司有望于2026年上半年实现盈利。另外，海外业务快速增长，亦可分散国内市场风险，并提供长远增长能见度。
