智通财经APP讯，梦东方(00593)发布公告，于2025年9月26日，公司接获联交所函件，通知公司上市委员会认为公司未达成所有复牌指引，并根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条决定将公司除牌。
根据上市规则第2B.06(2)及2B.08(1)条，公司有权于除牌决定发出日起七个业务日内要求将除牌决定转呈上市复核委员会强定义见上市规则进行复核。若公司决定不申请复核，股份最后上市日期将为2025年10月14日，并将于2025年10月15日上午9时起正式将股份除牌。
于2025年10月8日，公司已根据上市规则第2B章提交申请，要求将除牌决定转呈上市复核委员会复核。清盘人谨此提醒公司份东及潜在投资者，相关复核结果存在不确定性。
陈湘如已呈辞公司独立非执行董事，自2025年10月8日起生效。随陈湘如辞任公司独立非执行董事，其已停止担任公司审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各委员会职务)。
