　　宝发控股（08532）发布公告，截至本公告日期，公司已向核数师提供该等公告中所述的大部分重大未解决事项及资料。尽管经审核财务报表的拟稿已编制，公司仍需时间落实刊发版本，而核数师亦需时间进行及完成其内部技术审阅程序，以及对应收账款及合同资产的预期信贷损失估值进行详细审阅，此等程序可能导致轻微调整。因此，公司预期将于2025年10月17日或之前刊发其2025全年业绩及年报。

　　集团主要从事为集团项目提供设计及建筑服务，即开发设计、进行结构计算、绘制施工图、物色及采购建筑材料、安排建筑材料的物流及安装工程、项目管理及项目完工后服务。集团于本公告日期继续在日常及一般过程中经营其业务。集团现有项目锦上路及LP 11运作正常，目前约1300个单位正在施工。

　　集团将持续检讨现有业务营运，不时监察市况变化，并积极开拓新业务机会，以期多元化收入来源及提升股东价值。
