温冠伦先生的独立非执行董事职位已于2025年10月3日起被撤销。
自2025年10月3日起生效：陈容卓女士已辞任公司提名委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。欧阳培基先生已辞任公司薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员。陈德鸿先生已获委任为公司审核委员会成员并辞任公司提名委员会成员。周湛轩先生已获委任为公司提名委员会主席。
