PointsBet Holdings (ASX:PBH) said that its majority shareholder, MIXI Australia, appointed Sho Okuyama, Kanji Kobayashi, and Taishi Oba as non-executive directors of the firm, effective Monday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
MIXI Australia obtained a stake in PointsBet of 66.43% after its offer closed on Sept. 12.
